Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- A valid purchase receipt must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used seed packets
- Items damaged due to mishandling
- Products purchased during promotional clearance
- Seeds affected due to environmental or farming conditions (beyond our control)
Refund Process
- Returned products will be inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges apply unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
